Making good choices feel easy is harder than it looks. The brief for Cotton On Foundation’s purpose-driven personal care range had a lot to say: sustainability, natural ingredients, Australian-made credentials and social impact. But a keyword soup doesn’t inspire behaviour change. I named the range ‘Nice One’ to capture all the good stuff and give a little kudos to the customer. We carried the lighthearted tone across all touchpoints from product descriptions to storytelling.
